Why structure matters

Franchise delivery is complex. We bring the structure.

Franchise delivery requires more than just building to completion. It demands consistency, brand alignment and seamless coordination across multiple locations and franchisee partners. Polkat Group Project Management specialises in franchise-focused project management for national brands expanding across Australia, acting as the central point of accountability between head office, franchisees, consultants, builders, suppliers and finance partners.

Franchise rollout management

We manage new franchise site delivery from the signed agreement through to opening day. Onboarding briefings, design coordination, licensing, builder engagement, procurement, site access control, services coordination, and opening readiness.

Comprehensive franchisee management

The critical link between head office and franchisee. We communicate brand expectations and delivery standards clearly, identify funding requirements early, and connect operators with our trusted network of commercial finance brokers.

Licensing & approvals

We prepare, lodge and follow up key approvals, including liquor and health permits, food premises registration and outdoor seating registration, while liaising closely with councils and town planners to support the project through inspections and compliance milestones and keep the delivery program moving.

Design & brand control

A controlled process for design approvals, concept sign-off, and change management so brand integrity is maintained. Once the builder is appointed, design changes are managed transparently to avoid variation and scope drift.

Builder coordination

Builder appointment, contract review, pricing negotiation, and progress claim review. We secure the right commercial outcome while keeping the build aligned to scope, program and quality.

Procurement & delivery

Coordination of approved fit-out procurement, including furniture, lighting, signage, décor, kitchen and bar items. Deliveries scheduled to align with the builder's program and site access requirements.

Services & commissioning

Coordination of water, gas, power, POS, communications, and other operational services required for opening, with the site ready for testing, completion and launch.

This franchise-focused approach ensures your national network delivers a unified brand experience while protecting timelines, budgets and franchisee satisfaction across every location.
